This blue velvet top has a hi lo peplum that is fully lined for a flash of drama.

The peplum portion of the top is just 12" long in front, and 24" long in back.

The top is sleeveless, with a short collar, and a laceup at the front.

Zipper at back.

The underside of the peplum, and the lace up tie are black and white print spandex.
